It was a quiet apartment and I loved it.

Stayed in a beautiful building that served as a great home base for exploring popular places in the area, with an attentive owner always available.

It was perfect base for travelling to Arbroath, I was glad to stay there. I loved the host who runs the place. The setting was peaceful. More than that, it was really close to shops, Arbroath and Angus and Carnoustie Golf course.

Impeccably clean rooms with beautiful garden views, conveniently located near Angus, an old Manor House, and friendly staff on hand.

everything was perfect, me and my partner loved the stay. the owner made my stay perfect. i could enjoy views of the garden. location was favourable, a 5-minute ride to arbroath museum. it was located in a beautiful area and close to everything.

The apartment is spacious with beautiful decor and furnishings. It is located on the outskirts of town, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The kitchen and washing machine were appreciated, and the host's help during a medical emergency was unforgettable. a pleasant and memorable stay.

The location next to Carnoustie Golf course was unbeatable and the building was stunning, plus the owner was very welcoming and explained everything to us when we arrived.

Huge apartment with high ceilings, lovely gardens. Easy access to town and shops. Comfortable bed, spacious living room. Great base to explore beautiful Scottish sights.

The apartment is situated in a charming local area next to an old Manor House and close to the town center.

Our stay at Fernlea Spacious was absolutely delightful. The apartment was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with beautiful decor and all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the well-equipped kitchen and the fresh linen and towels. The kids enjoyed the outdoor swing and the board games provided by the host. The location was also great, just a mile away from the center of town. we had a wonderful experience.

While our stay was mostly perfect, there were a few minor drawbacks. It would have been nicer if there had been a clock in the apartment, and the quality of the cutlery and saucepans could have been better.
